Hello! I'm Jocelyn and I'm a therapist who supports holistic healing, wellness and balance of the mind and body connection. I also have a strong interest in helping my clients build strong healthy habits to live their version of an optimized lifestyle. Finding the right balance can be a very overwhelming experience and I hope that I can help you navigate it along the way. I have many generalist professional backgrounds in the therapeutic space and stand to offer an eclectic approach to helping you with your individualized plan to help you reach your individual and relationship goals. I would love to get to know you and see if we are a good fit for your healing journey. I am a wife and mother to a little one. I enjoy fitness, whipping up nutritious yummy meals and treats and traveling with my family.
